Terms of Service
Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. Services
Polish Citizenship Portal provides legal assistance for Polish citizenship by descent applications. Our services include eligibility assessment, document retrieval from Polish archives, document translation, and full application management. Service scope is defined in your individual service agreement.
2. Eligibility Assessment
Our initial eligibility assessment is based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, final citizenship decisions are made by Polish authorities (Voivodeships). We cannot guarantee approval as decisions depend on factors outside our control, including the availability of historical records.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your application. You are responsible for the authenticity of documents you submit. Delays in providing requested information may extend your application timeline.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Government fees, apostille costs, and translation fees are billed separately as incurred. Payment terms are specified in your agreement. Refund policies vary by service type and stage of completion.
5. Timeline
Citizenship application timelines typically range from 1.5 to 4 years, depending on case complexity and government processing times. Timelines provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, archive offices, or third parties.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Your case details are only shared with authorized personnel and relevant Polish authorities as required for your application.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for decisions made by Polish authorities, loss of documents by third parties, or delays beyond our control. We maintain professional liability insurance for your protection.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
