1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide when using our services, including your name, email address, phone number, and documents related to your Polish citizenship application. We also collect usage data through cookies and analytics to improve our services.
- Full Polish Citizenship Test answers. When you take the Full Polish Citizenship Test, we collect your detailed answers to lineage questions — including emigration dates, ancestral military or public-office service, and naturalization histories — together with the name and email address you submit, so we can run a preliminary eligibility assessment and send you your result. You provide these answers voluntarily and consent to their storage and processing at the point of submission.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively for processing your citizenship application, communicating with you about your case, and improving our services. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security policies. All communications are encrypted via TLS. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized staff handling your case.
Full Polish Citizenship Test answers are encrypted at rest and stored in Supabase under row-level security (RLS), so they are only ever readable by authorized staff. To avoid processing the same submission twice, identical test submissions are deduplicated within a 30-day window.
4. Document Handling
Documents uploaded for your citizenship application (birth certificates, marriage certificates, identity documents) are stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel. Documents are retained for the duration of your case and a reasonable period thereafter for legal compliance.
Full Polish Citizenship Test answers. The lineage answers you submit through the Full Polish Citizenship Test are encrypted, stored in Supabase under row-level security (RLS), and processed solely to produce a preliminary eligibility check and to follow up about your case. Identical submissions are deduplicated within 30 days, and these records are not retained beyond that window unless you become a client and they form part of your case file.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. You can opt out of analytics tracking by using browser extensions or cookie settings. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
