Polish Citizenship by Descent — Service Packages

from€300/month

on an installment plan — spread for as long as your family needs

The standard fee is never more than €5,400 — total, ever.

Figures shown for United States — every country has its own approved rate card, and your written quote confirms it.

Pay monthly, for as long as you need

Installments without limit are our firm policy — the same for every family and every package. Choose a plan length: more payments make each one smaller, and the total never changes.

Common plan lengths: 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60 monthly payments — no limit; longer plans are simply agreed with us.

€300 /month × 18 payments

€5,400 in total — the Standard fee, main applicant, United States

Well-prepared families pay less

We reward well-prepared families — complete family documents, a returned family tree, or a relative with confirmed citizenship earn a real discount.

  • Complete family documents
  • A returned family tree
  • A relative with confirmed citizenship

The reduction is agreed with the firm and applies to your own fee — never a commission, never a payment for introductions.

Standard

The full procedure, at a steady pace

€300/mo × 18 payments

€5,400 in total — main applicant

Your written quote states one fixed total — never exceeded.

Eligibility analysis of your family line, the application prepared and filed, every letter answered, your case monitored to the decision — end to end.

Third-party costs quoted separately, at cost — see below.

Expedited

The same work, done first

€600/mo × 18 payments

€10,800 in total — main applicant

Everything in Standard, moved to the front of our own queue, with a named person handling your case and proactive follow-ups.

Third-party costs quoted separately, at cost — see below.

VIP

One figure, nothing else to pay

€1,000/mo × 18 payments

€18,000 in total — main applicant

Everything in Expedited, plus archives, sworn translations, civil acts and the push scheme — all inside the one figure.

All-inclusive — you will never receive another invoice for this case.

A family is one case, at every level: the main applicant pays the full fee, each additional adult pays 1⁄2 of it, and each child 1⁄4 — itemised per person on the written quote.

What you pay the firm — and what you pay third parties

Our professional fee

The package fee pays for our legal work: eligibility analysis of your family line, the application prepared and filed before the Wojewoda, every letter from the office answered, your case monitored to the decision. It is fixed in writing before you commit, and paid in installments.

Third-party costs

Archives, sworn translators and the civil registry charge for their own work. We quote these separately, at what they cost — never hidden inside our fee:

  • archive searches
  • sworn translations (paid directly to the translator)
  • Polish civil acts
  • push scheme

On VIP and VIP+ they are all inside the one figure.

Pricing questions

How long does Polish citizenship by descent take?

The office currently opens a case about 18 months after filing — that wait is the same for everyone. A decision typically takes 2–3 years from filing on the Standard track. The queue is working time, not waiting time: archive searches and the transcription of your civil acts run in parallel, so by the time your case is opened, everything is already on the table. On Expedited and VIP we press the pace with every legally available means — a file so complete the office has no reason to pause, formal urgings, and priority handling on our side. Nobody can skip the queue, and nothing here is a promise of a faster official decision.

Are there installment plans?

Always — in every country, with no limit on the number of monthly payments. That is our firm policy, the same for every family. More payments simply make each one smaller; the total never changes, and the payment plan has no bearing on how your case is handled or on how long the authority takes.

What if my case turns out to be impossible?

We tell you plainly, and we decline to take it. We do not charge a premium for hopeless cases, and we do not take fees for work we do not believe in — an honest refusal is part of the service. If your line is viable but hard, that difficulty decides which service level we recommend, explained in writing — never a hidden surcharge.
